課程概述 |
屬於本課程討論範疇的傳統組織理論有韋伯與科層制度 (Weber and Bureaucracy), 科學管理學派（the Scientific Management School），人群關係學派（the Human Relations School），及結構權變學派（the Structural Contingency School）等。現代組織理論則包括資源依賴理論與網絡分析（Resource Dependence Theory and Network Analysis），組織經濟學（Economics of Organization），組織生態學（Organizational Ecology），及新制度理論（New Institutionalism）等。 |

課程目標 |
本課程目的在讓學生對傳統與現代組織理論做回顧與批判，探討組織理論發展的新方向，藉此來瞭解組織與社會間之關係。 |
|
課程要求 |
1.本課程的基本要求是課前閱讀當週指定教材，出席上課並參與討論。
2.修課同學必須分組做課堂口頭報告及撰寫書面報告。
3.必須撰寫期末研究報告 |
